Shipping policy

Normally, the product will be provided with a courier tracking number after one week and received within three weeks.

The order will be shipped the next day. If the product have been shipped, you cannot get a refund directly (even if the logistics order number has not been provided yet). A refund can only be made after the goods have been returned and confirmed.

The tariffs on goods exported from China are paid by us. Due to different policies in different countries, import tariffs may be incurred when the goods pass through the customs of your country. This part of the tariff needs to be paid by the buyer.
